They can be identified by their uniforms and shaved heads. The Prisoner Zombies ( 囚人ゾンビ, Shūjin zonbi ?) are the inmates at Umbrella's concentration camp. They are only encountered on Rockfort Island.

Graveyard Zombies ( 墓場ゾンビ, Hakaba zonbi ?) are infected people who were buried alive during the invasion, and crawled out of their graves when the rain loosened the soil.
